Default vegas 9 pro problem with video event window

The program is Vegas Pro 9.0, I use it for video processing.
I do not know for what reason, but all of a sudden this error occurred,
namely the Video Event window is missing or rather not see a part that
is important when regulating certain video effect.
I see only the upper-left corner of that window?

Sorry, I'm having difficulty understanding what it is you are not seeing. There is no Video Event Window in Vegas.
Is your image meant to be demonstrating the problem? If so I can't see anything wrong with it. Those are all the controls available for the Sony Glow effect.
Please try to describe yoru problem in other words and I'll try to help ....

I think you're misunderstanding something. There is nothing to see in the bit you can't see. That dialog looks perfectly normal. The Video Event FX dialog box contains only the controls and the timeline for the effect. You need to resize/move that box so you can see the Video Preview window which is where the preview of the vdeo with the FX applied is shown).

You may have closed the Video Preview window (in which case you can open it again - Alt+4 -that's 4 from along the top of the keyboard - or View | Video Preview) or you may have hidden it behind another window (look for the Video Preview Tab).

If you don't understand, I'll try to explain using different words.

I've seen it all before, but now I do not see this highlighted part ...
means that I can adjust the color as I want in this case the pictures...
I use Sony Vegas for years and I never saw this ...
I understand what we are saying,
but I know Vegas and I know how it should work,
    Now this is unusual.

Ahhh. Now I see. No I've never seen anything like that either.
Have you tried restarting Vegas whilst resetting it to defaulst (Hold down shift (or maybe ctrl) when clickin the Vegas Icon)

If a factory reset doesn't do it, maybe you need to download the last realease of VP9? VP9 went from public release, through *"a" to "e". What update release do you have?

If this fails then I'd be looking at anything you've done lately to mess with your graphics card and driver. To me it looks like a redraw issue. But first, discover if the factory reset works.*

Also VP relies on enough system memory to work in. If you are needing to pagefile activity, then Vegas will choke. Seeing a redraw issue could be the early start of this.*

I have seen redraw issues before and have had these identified by SONY as a bug and then the error was corrected by SONY. But, as VP9 has been a mature product for some time now, and you've now come across a major, obvious error, I really do think you've got a local issue, and as such you're going to need a local solution.

hm .... I understand little English, but I think I understand enough.
    factory reset does not help...
I recently made a update video card and I think it could be a problem.
I'll try to make a rool back the graphics card driver divac manager.

shame, but I do not know what it means VP9

Anyway, thank you for your efforts and help!

VP9 means Vegas Pro version 9 ( the editing software you have ).

Make sure you have all the latest drivers for your graphics card.

    I have Vegas Pro 9.0e (Build 1147)
I download latest drivers for my graphics card,
and then I think they are then problems started with Sony Vegas ....
like I say, I will try to restore the old drivers, because then everything works normally...

options that would certainly have helped to reinstall WindowsXP. but this is my last option.
