Default Fastest way to render to DVD

whats the fastest way to render my video to MPEG2 (DVD) for the best quality. I have Encore also and wonder if i can export it stright from premier 7

    I have a second hard disk, I have heard this helps (160gb + 60gb)

    I have an AMD 3000+ 64 with 1gb RAM

Are there any hardware encoders that would work?

I've found that the fastest way of doing it is making it the last thing I do before going to bed: that way, it takes no time at all... Seriously, I don't think you can do 'fast' without losing quality. Not sure if there's any difference time-wise between exporting from Premiere or Encore - personally, I need the Encore functionality, so always export from there. Not sure why a second hard drive would help: good (almost imperative) for capture, but less important for encoding, I would have thought.
    Premiere Pro, Encore, Photoshop, Ulead VS6, WXP Pro, Core 2 Duo, 2GB, 2 x 250GB SATA3 drives, 2 x 250GB USB 2 external drive, DVD writer, GeForce 7300 GS 256MB

Yeah, fast usually means bad quality, unfortunately.

If you care about your video, you won't mind waiting. It's worth waiting the extra for a good quality encode.
