Default Auto Fade multiple consecutive clips?

Is there a way in Vegas to auto fade a bunch (100+) of clips? I am currently doing it manually which is a PITA. Just a X fade between all the clips? So, "select all" "X-fade all".

    Thanks

Simplest way: requires a bit of work first - your clips need to be named in the order in which you want them to appear (eg clip001, clip002, clip003) so they appear in the project media window in order - AND they need to be already edited, so this is probably not practical, but....

Before you put them on the timeline goto
    Options | Preferences
    Editing tab
Check "Automatically overlap multiple selected media when added", set the duration and where you want the xfade to come.
Select all the clips and drag them to the timeline.
    Job done.

    Thanks Tim,

That's exactly what I was looking for. I don't need to edit the clips and they are already numbered. Perfect. I appreciate your speedy reply.

    Cheers,
