Thread: Good dvd ripper?

  1. Default Good dvd ripper?

I want to get some opinions on dvd rippers. I download magic dvd ripper and used up my trial version. I picked another one up but it leaves a water mark on the video. So im thinking I will need to buy one, but there is so many. If im going to spend the $30-$40 (average i've seen) I want one that will keep the quality as close to the orginal as it can. So any suggestions?

DVDFab is the best I know of as far as accuracy and compatibility goes. Pricier than the rest but can read a bagel.

DVDShrink is getting old, but I think it's still the best out there and free if you can find it. A lot of people use it in conjunction with DVDDecrypter for burning DVDs. Both are free, but neither are supported anymore and no new versions will be made.
