Default Sony Vegas Pro 9 - Need Help with a Rending Setting (Specific Needs)

I normally render uncompressed .avi (gigabyes baby!) and then use a Adobe Media Encoder to create a small, high quality flash file.

However, I'm in a situation where I need to provide the ability for my client to render using his own software, and I can't be sending him the uncompressed .avi file.

So... what do I need to do to give him a small .avi file that will still hold good quality? The video should look good at 720 x 405 (16x9) when he renders.

BTW - if you don't know the settings for SVP9, but you DO know of a good .avi to .avi converter and the settings for that, that would help a lot as well.

    Thanks in advance,

    Scott

Why not send a standard avi then (rather than uncompressed) This is the same quality as is recorded on a MiniDV camera.
