Default submerge subtitles doesn't show up in final cut pro

    Hello,

I've used submerge to embed subtitles in a .h264 video. but when i try to edit the video in final cut pro the subtitle doesn't show up. how is this possible? are the subtitles a separate track on video? how can i get the subtitles back?

edit: i've found the solution! when i clicked on show multiclip overlays the subtltes came back

edit 2: no problem still continues :( when i playback the clip i still can't see the subs.

Why don't you just export the video with subtitles as a Quicktime, then edit it like that?
