Default Would like the same transition between every clip... help plz.

In recording my son's football games (the wife videos while I take the stills) the video is started and stopped for each play of the game. This gives us 60-80 clips for a final product to cover the entire game. I would like to be able to use the same transition between each clip without having to drag/drop after each one. Is there a way to apply the same transition throughout the movie without doing each one manually in Adobe Premier Elements 7?
    Thanks for your time,
    Rob

This may be slowest forum I have ever been a part of. If I find the answer elsewhere I will be sure to post back so that the information might help someone else down the road.
