Default Adding Bleeps In A Video?

I just finished working on this video for school and I want to finish editing it, but there's to much foul language. Does anyone know how to put in those bleeps like they do on tv.

I currently have these 2 programs:
    -Windows Movie Maker2
    -Adobe Premiere 1.5

Is it possible to do this?

All I can suggest is, if you can find a bleep sample, just drop it on one of the spare audio timelines in premiere wherever the swear word is. That's how I'd do it anyway. If actually finding a bleeping sample is what's causing you the problem, maybe have a nosey at http://www.altavista.com/audio/default and see if you can find anything.
