    Old fashioned experience? Sometimes overlooked

I've no doubt you're right, Marc, but with my experience (of looking at videos) I feel I ought to be able to identify something a bit more tangilbe than "it's better".

It feels slicker, the shots seem to work together better, there's more of a flow to it. I feel I ought to be able to identify "why". Maybe it's just a combination of things which are just subtly better - more even lighting, more consistent exposure (I guess the "treatment" helps this out somewhat) good sound. And quite probably more experience in front of the camera helps create a more relaxed feel.

Sorry, I have to disagree with you Tim. While I see the technical side, the editing is very proficient with perfect timing and applaud you for that. The content of the video is not as good as the other ones. I preferred the Kitchen one to this and most of all the Summer Time one even better.

    Normality is restored
I'd agree that the other vids are more imaginitive in concept, but here, for once, I think the technical side is important. Summertime in particular, containing sustained notes which makes the edit very very hard indeed, has much more of a "jerkiness" to it which I found detracted.

So, whilst I'd normally agree that "content is king", something like this, where the content is little more than a concept, the execution is equally important.

However, the fact that you preferred the others and I preferred this is a clear indication that there are no "rules" at this level only preferences.
