After splitting a clip, is there a way to recover the frame or timestamp of the split positions from the original unsplit videos? I have a project I might need to migrate to avisynth for a few weeks whilst I'm away from my usual workspace.
Ideally, I'd like an ascii file export along the lines of:
#filename #startframe #endframe
clip1.avi 1030 3340
clip1.avi 4000 4600
clip2.avi 0 4320
And so on. I'd be happy to do it manually if the data is shown somewhere, but I can't seem to find any reference in the clip properties (V10).
One thing I have tried is creating subclips which produce sfks with additional reference suffixes in their name, but I have yet to figure out how the scheme relates to the original files. For example, I have a subclip SFK which is suffixed 540000000-607000000-0, and is 3441 frames (1min54.700,30fps) long and starts at 35ish so seconds into the original clip.
