Default Mini crisis exporting from Premiere Pro 2.0

In a bit of a panic as I have to deliver on this in a few days:
Iím working on a project on Premiere 2.0 and when I export my edit the avi isnít great quality. Itís slightly wobbly, lines are fuzzy and the colours are a bit washed out. Itís the first time Iíve edited a project filmed on HD camera (a Sony Z1 that captured very clean and crisp images). Previously Iíve captured footage on my standard definition Canon XM2 and Panasonic Pro cameras. Those images retain their sharpness and colour when exported to avi.

Iím editing on a HP Pavillion p6327uk:
    Blurb - Intelģ Coreô2 Quad Processor Q8300
    8GB Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 graphics processor, with 1 GB of dedicated video memory

Hereís the video settings, though some parameters I canít alterÖ
    Editing mode - HDV 1080i
    Timebase - 25.00 frames/second

    Framesize - 1440 x 1080, 16:9
Pixel Aspect Ratio - HD Anamorphic 1080 (1.333)
    Fields - Upper Field First
Display FOrmat - 25 fps Timecode
    Title Safe Area - 20 x 20%
    Action Safe Area - 10 x 10%

    Maximum Bit Depth - no
    File Format - i-Frame only MPEG-2
    Compressor - I-Frame only MPEG
Color Depth - millions of colours
    Optimize Stills - yes

File Type - Microsoft DV AVI
    Range - Entire Sequence

    Compressor - DV (24p Advanced)
Color Depth - Millions of colors
    Pixel Aspect Ratio - D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 (1.2)
Data Rate - Recompress - Maintain Data Rate

DV (24p Advanced) gives me the highest quality images. And I have to use the NTSC (even though it's a PAL project!) widescreen option as all the others compress the image to 4:3.

Any help very greatly appreciated, cheers.

Is there any reason you are downconverting to SD? That, combined with adjusting the frame rate and aspect ratio, is only going to add to quality loss.
