Thread: Problem adding images to timeline in Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10

Question Problem adding images to timeline in Sony Vegas Movie Studio 10

So I import 36 images. Then I go into editing preferences and change the default image length to 0.033 seconds which it says is one frame. Then I select all the images and drag them into a video track in the timeline at once. Each images is exactly one frame long(like I wanted) but they are not all connected. They have a pattern of: image, image, empty frame, image, image, empty frame, and so on. It is so annoying! Why won't they all be consecutive without spaces in between them?

    Just a hunch..

Your project is set to PAL but your ruler is set to NTSC and quantize to frames is on? Or something like that?

One frame per image? I hope they're consecutive images exported from another film!

I don't think that is it. I have everything set to NTSC 29.97 fps. But I found a solution. Import them as an image sequence (an option at the bottom of the import window.) Then it acts as one video event.
