Thread: Overexposure bands

    Question Overexposure bands

When I was shooting in dark areas in manual mode and then suddenly some bright light source came in, these vertical bands appear. I tried many filters (polarizer, UV filter, ...) but without success
It looks like a problem with the CCD, but another 2 different cameras is doing exactly the same.
    I'm using Panasonic NV-GS330, Panasonic NV-GS17, Sony CCD-FX280E.

Does anybody have some idea how to deal with it or at least how to reduce it?

    Thank you
