Default super small final video format

    Hi all,
I have really strange problem! the final video is super small and i have no clue how to change it. I use Adobe Premiere programme, with MPEG files converted by the converting programme from .MOD files.

Does anyone has a clue how to solve it? Maybe it is just a camera - JVC Everio (digital) so it is sort of unsolvable? Please help!! ,) this is the the example of the final video:

    Thank you!!
