    Default x64 Support

    Hi All,

Does anyone have any updated info as whether Sony Vegas HD (9.0) is supported on Windows 7 x64 or XP x64 for that matter.
The Sony site quotes for HD:

    Microsoft® Windows® XP SP 2, Windows Vista™, or Windows 7
But doesn't seem to mention x64 and

1 GHz processor (multicore or multiprocessor CPU recommended for HD)

    Vegas Pro mentions :

    Microsoft® Windows® XP 32-bit SP2 (SP3 recommended), Windows Vista™ 32-bit or 64-bit (SP1 recommended), or Windows 7

    Any tips appreciated.

    Cheers,
    LM

I have run vegas 9.0b on windows xp 64 bit. Initially, I had installed the 64bit version of vegas on the system, but moved back to the 32bit version to cure a handful of glitches. I did a bunch of research and after a hole lot of messing around with the system, I am pretty sure that the errors I experienced were due to faulty memory though.

    Thanks for the reply.
There only seems to be a downloadable 32bit version of Vegas Pro which is £569.19

Vegas HD is from £35 to £92 but mentioned no specific 32bit version..
