I am just beginning to (slowly) learn how to use Sony DVD Architect Pro 5, but have hit a brick wall trying to burn a Blu-ray disk. To save time whilst experimenting, I am only using a short clip of a few MB, to try and make a Blu-ray disk, so no problem with excessive file size. After making a menu page, with two buttons, I initiated the "Make Blu-ray disk" sequence: the program reached the end of the "prepare disk" phase, and then encountered an error with this message:

File name: STREAM/00001.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows.

It happens when the "prepare" phase reaches 100% on the progress bar, before disk burning is initiated. It happens even when preparing an ISO file without burning.

Can anybody make any sense of this message?
