    Default Exporting hd help!!!!!!!

I am trying to export 1080 HD footage from my cannon rebel T2i...I am shooting 1920x1080 24fps my SD card is extreme 8gb 30mb transfer. I am using premiere pro Cs3. I am using the HDV 1080 25 fps setting in Cs3. I render the footage and then export with the following settings:"

    Quicktime
    H.264
    bitrate 7000
    quality 100
    frame rate 24
    Upper fields
    square pixels

However when i post it on youtube the quality of the video is not as crisp as it looked coming from the camera and it only gives me a 720 hd option not 1080 although i shot in 1080 and exported 1080....can anyone add any insight to what i may be doing wrong? Please!!!!

Is the bit rate of 7000 sufficient for this codec. When I render in SD with MPEG2 codec I use at least 8000 often more. So for HD shouldn't it be more. I've never rendered with the H.264 codec before so I could be wrong.

As for the 1080 option on YouTube, it sometimes takes a while for it to finish the HD rendering.

Lastly although the quality of YouTube videos has improved they will never be as good as the original footage straight off the camera.

All the info I looked up said to have the bitrate between 5000-7000...but I guess i can try to kick it up to 8 or 9k it has been a couple of days for youtube and I am only getting 720 the first video I put up was 1080 but It came from the SD card not from premiere pro. I dont know if there is a setting i am missing in the camera or what. I cant have my videos in only 720 I need high quality 1080
