Default [Q] Adobe Prem Elem - How many minutes DV Video on DVD?

Sorry for so many questions from a newbie...

I have just finished my first Video, and it is 1hr 14mins in length.

I used to use PInnacle Studio 8, and there was a limit of 60mins per DVD if you wanted to have no Quality loss of the Video.

In APE 1.0 you can have compression.

When I burnt my first DVD I noticed that there is a 'Compression' Check Box, I unticked the 'Fit all to DVD' and upped the quality to High, and I am still not too happy with the output.

    Did I miss something completely?

Should I try and keep the length of the movie down to 1hr?

Any pointers on this will be greatly appreciated, as I don't want to loose ANY video quality in this process.

    Thanks in Advance.

Thanks for that I did not see the thread as I searched only on APE 1.0

Interesting Read, answered a few Q's.

Think I will just edit it down to 60mins, should not be tooo difficult
