Default Problems with WMM Quality Transfer

Hi all. =) I'm a complete noobie at video stuff, but I've made a video with CamStudio and when I go to pop it into Windows Movie Maker to add music and stuff the quality is incredibly pixelated and practically impossible to deciper words out of all the bloxed mess.

Even though the preview is low quality (even though the original video before the whole WMM transfer, quality was fine) and I save it to high quality, will it just give me a higher quality of this pixelated mess?

And is there anyway to save it to high quality or simple readable quality without it being like 2gb? because that's a little much to upload elsewhere on my craptastic connection.

    Nevermind, I figured it out.
