Question How do I get sound on Windows Movie maker Video?

I have changed the format in Windows Movie maker using a programme called prism video converter from MPEG to WMV from Picture motion browser. There is sound on PMB but not on WMM where the video's play but in silence, how do I get the sound back please?

No jargon please, as I am only a beginner. Many thanks.

The answer to this question is this : THROW IT OUT AND BUY A BETTER EDITING PROGRAM. Windows movie maker is a terrible program. It makes terrible effects and makes movies look terrible. I understand that it might be easier for you, but, im just expressing my opinion. How to get sound? Transfer it into a MP3 file, i guess.
