    Default Samsung MX10 Camcorder

Hello, this is my first post here so please be gentle

Basically I have had the Samsung VP-MX10 camcorder for around 2 years now (SD card one) and its developed two problems.

First of all the battery does not seem to be holding charge (this is a replacement battery as the original stopped working altogether) for that long, any ideas on this?

Secondly, I have noticed a noise on the recordings, a noise that I can only describe as the SD card reading/writing but it is very noticeable on the recordings and quite distracting!

Any help on this would be great.

    Thanks in advance,

Odd that the new battery still isnt working - faulty? replace the new one ? Another one. Maybe.

The noise on recordings... prob not much that can be done. Would cost more than cam worth to get looked at.

Thank you for the quick reply! I was thinking about trying another battery but if it still doesnt hold the charge then I am left with 2 half working batteries, and one battery sized paper weight

Ah right, well that is a shame about the SD card. I just didnt know whether to take my camcorder to a specialist or not really.

    Thanks for the good advice!
