Thread: Rendering in sections

  1. Default Rendering in sections

My high spec desktop PC has developed a motherboard fault so waiting for that to be fixed and using a lower spec laptop to finish a project. The problem is likely to be with rendering the 50mins of edited footage, I feel it may bomb out.

I am sure I read somewhere that you can render a project in sections and somehow join it all up during authoring to DVD.

    A. is this possible and feasible, and B. how would I go about this?

Sure. Place ALL the clips on the Vegas timeline and when you go to RENDER make a complete selection of ALL the EVENTS you want and then RENDER in one of the MPEG formats for DVDA.
