Default Apple, Mac and Final Cut users poll

Do you think that there should be a separate forum for Apple, Mac, imovie and Final Cut (pro and express) users?

    Perhaps called "The White Room"

When I next need a title for a film, I'll come to you Gaffer. You always seem to get just the right phrase.

Whilst the only thing I've ever owned that's apple is my iPhone (yet another triumph of style over function), I do thik a Mac section might attract a few more users. I just hope they don't get all snobby and refuse to muck in with the rest of us in the other sections - eg starting their own "User Vids made one a Mac" section.

    Home button.
    Contacts
Search. Oh bugger I've selected the top contact.
    Try again.

    Home button
    Contacts
    Search
Oh bugger now it's trying to add a new one.

It's a phone. The ONE thing you should be able to do is search contacts easily, not make the magifying glass so small it's virtually impossible to touch in order to open up the search dialog (and I only have small fingers).

Balckberry - no stupid home button, no touch screen that loses its calibration - just make a call!

The daft thing is I knew all this when I got the iPhone. I was even happy with Windows Mobile on my previous two XDAs. But I thought I really ought to see what all the fuss was about and actually learn to live with an iPhone rather than just playing with it in a shop.

lol...I posted a thread about this recently. I guess people think macs are just super user friendly. For me, that is not the case. FCP is definitely not without its faults. For the most part, things run smooth, but the bugs are annoying!

WOW, a whopping 70% are in favor - but from a poll of 7 members :(

    numbers can be deceiving!
