    Default DVD Burning Help Please?

I have just bought Lite-on DVD+-R/+-RW Drive which says "Double Layer Writing 8.5gb Capacity" on its box.

Now im wondering upto how much capacity(minutes) of movie i can burn? I hav bought couple of blank DVD-R (4.7gb). How many minutes of movie i can burn into this dvd.

    Default

Dual Layer: 120 mins at the highest quality
Single Layer: 60 mins at the highest quality

Reducing the bitrate reduces file sizes and therefore the length of video on a DVD.

    I have put 440 Minutes on a single layer DVD-5 4.7 gig
But it looks like vcd, http://www.dvdshrink.org/
This is a good tool for putting more video on a DVD

The more video you put on a DVD the lesser quality of the video.
