    Default Pleae help:- Complete Newbie

Hi, Complete Newbie here so please try to be kind!
I am trying to brun some video footage of my new born baby from a JVC DV video camcorder to DVD.
I am using ULead Video Studio 8, and my PC spec is as follows:

    Pentium 4 1.7 Ghz
    768 meg Ram
    NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP8X.
I know my PC is slightly under spec for ULead, but i can't afford to upgrade it just yet.

If i connect straight from the Video Camera to the tv via the leads supplied (Scart) the picture is fine. If i capture the footage (Which i am doing via USB) again when this plays on the PC it looks fine, but once it is burnt to DVD, the picture is fuzzy to say the least. It's as if the pixels are being stretched.

I would really apprecuiate anybody's thoughts on this.

    Thanks,

    Carl.
