Question Help finding a video editer for combining videos and playing all at same time

Alright for this project I am doing I am trying to combine multiple videos (all of different viewpoints of this one event) and have them play simultanously in one video (Using one main audio of this event). Also I am trying to use any open source (or free) video editor for this task, does anyone know one that could allow something like this?

    Default

    You could try sony vegas.
In the video track there is an option called track motin that you can use to resize the video and hence be are able to view two or more videos at the same time.
you can have multiple audio tracks and hence just delete the audio tracks of the videos that u dont want and keep the one that you want playing throughout.
Thsi way You will have multiple videos playing at the same time but just one audio track.

Not open source, but potentially free... RaceRender

It is specifically designed for processing multiple concurrent videos, and to do it a lot more efficiently and intelligently than the typical video editor. The free version lets you use 2 input videos, and create output video files up to 3 minutes long. The full version lets you use up to 100 input videos and has no time limit.
