Default Help.. Canon HV40 or Canon HF-S100

    Newb question from a Newbie,
I'm just about to buy my first HD camcorder and have managed to work out that Canon seem to have the edge in image quality. Image quality is my main concern, a lack of motion blur and maximum size in playback are close seconds. The Cost is also an issue. The Canon HV40 and the HF-S100 are both within my price range.
Which will give me the best quality video and which would be most suitable to be projected onto a screen. (2mx2m). Thanks for any feedback.

p.s I hear Adobe Premier doesn't work with the HV40, what is a good alternative please.
