Default AVS Video Editor 4.0 Black Border Problem (letterboxing)

I'm having a problem with this program. I absolutely love everything about it, I just bought it. But I have one problem. Every movie I make, when I'm done, has borders on the top, bottom, and sides. I've tried everything and looked in every option, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Let me show you an example of the problem.

I can't find an option anywhere to get rid of this. There is a crop option, but it cuts off the top and bottom, and then STILL has black bars all over.

Any help would be extremely appriciated.

I have the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I figured out the problem. I needed to change the aspect ratio. Using AVS Video Editor 5.2, go to Edit > Aspect Ratio > and choose the aspect ratio of the source files that were imported.
