Default I need help encoding to flv (from Vegas Pro 9.0)

    Hi everybody,

I have a project in Vegas Pro 9.0 which is 1440x1080, 16:9, Widescreen PAL and I rendered it as an MPEG-2. The MPEG-2 file weighs 6 GB. The original material was filmed with a Sony professional camera in MP4 format.

I need to convert it to flv, 480x270, 16:9, 25 fps, and cannot exceed 700 MB.
I've been pulling my hair out with this for a week, and couldn't produce such an FLV. I've been using erightsoft's Super to encode.

Any ideas, pls help, I have a deadline for this, your help will be much appreciated
