    Default Gruge effect border



    Is it possible to make this grunge effect in sony vegas?! If so how?!

    The only method I can think of is by mucking around with a generated media noise texture and a feathered recatngular overlay using the multiply (mask) compositing mode. But this will only produce a vaguely similar effect rather than the somokey one you're after.
