Thread: Batch processing

    Default Batch processing

I've got a load of footage I want to archive. Planning on converting my DV movies to full bitrate divx4 (6000kb/s). Anybody got any suggestions on how to do this? Previously i've done it using VirtualDub's batch control, but as far as I can work out, that involves openign a file, saving it, and remembering to add it to the bactch list. Anybody got any few-click options?

TMPGenc Xpress works a CHARM with this. You just keep on adding file after file to the project and setting output options (you can output to multiple codecs) then it creates a folder with all your little encodes. Marvelous.

But this didn't answer your question.
