Default Support your webmaster ;-) Need pictures of tapes...

I really, really need to write some articles and I've been meaning to write a timeline of camcorder formats as a prelude to one on HDV.

And this is where you guys fit in. I would like pictures of various the various camcorder tapes over the years: VHS, video8, hi8, digital8, etc, and the camcorders themselves. I would be eternally grateful if you could take a relevant picture and send to me if your camcorder is NOT mini-DV.

Hope this is useful, My friend and I both have Digital-8 cam's, and I happen to be borrowing his at the moment to capture some stuff, as mine is broken.

    Some tapes aswell.

Cool, just noticed I'm "Riding the Waves",

Just noticed that you've asked for pictures of actual camcorders.

I think I still have a broken one, so I would be willing to dismantle it
