When using pulldowned footage (for eg from HV30) in Adobe Premiere or After Effects does one have to first remove the pulldown and render it (can you please suggest the best settings for best rendering for further editing) and then again render it after doing the necessary editing ? ie. use the same rendered footage, edit it and rerender it ? So in effect, with pulldowned footage, we have to do two renders ?!
And whats the best way to work.. should one capture/import the complete footage onto the PC and then remove the pulldown from the entire footage and then start editing work ? or just do pulldowns for whatever portions of footage one is going to do ? or is there any other method ?
And can pulldown be done while capturing or importing or one can do it only afterwards, (after importing the complete footage to PC)
