Default FS200 video software - Help Please

    Hi,
I have recently bought a Canon FS200 and whilst happy with the functionality of the camcorder itself the free software ImageMixer 3 appears to be a pile of poo, and about as much use . Many times it simply locks up and has to be forced to end and the DVD output is a real gamble, so far only 1 out of 5 attempts on the same DVD has worked.
So my question - Can anyone recommend resonable, and working, authoring software compatible with the FS200 output files so I can convert my videos into DVDs.
I have an old copy of Studio 8 but this does not seem to accept the output files from the Canon.
Hopefully someone can help me, thanks in advance
    Chris

The software is Pixela Image Mixer and the camera outputs MPEG2 files. You could try Pinnacle 12 editing software (about 70 I think) Should do the trick - easy to learn and use.
