    Default Belly Dancing Clip Art

It was just one of those things where inspiration struck out of the blue. I finished arranging a belly dancing music track for my wife last night, and needed to put it on a DVD so she could play the music on the TV to rehearse her dance for an upcoming production. Not wanting to waste the video portion, I decided to add some stupid belly dancing clip art graphics. I started searching the Internet for material and, the next thing I knew, I was into a marathon all-day compositing and editing session. Here is the demented result:

Spoken like a true video obsessive. I don't suppose it ever occurred to you to make an audio CD
I'm sure you don't want an in depth analysis.

Whilst this has a "cutesy" factor, I kept imagining this music with some jiggery-pokery of the camel footage you've got (ie edited to look like the camels are dancing)

(RESPONSE: Because we don't own a CD system anymore.)

The camel footage? Damn! Why didn't I think of that! <smile>

Hopefully when my wife does her dance routine to this music (several times wearing different costumes against a green screen), there will be a more worthy video product to work with.

I was too polite to suggest such a thing

No, but I am unable to burn a simple CD, right now. That was the first thing I planned to do, then realized my new system was not correctly set up for CDs and the CD drive burner on my old laptop is shot.

That is great to hear about the music arrangement! In the "real" video that will later go with this, a costumed 3ft "Barbie" doll will morph into a costumed real-life belly dancing woman, who will do a dance routine to the music, in several different costumes, and against constantly changing exotic backgrounds (it is a man's dream-sequence about his wife).

It's funny as I did a Vietnamese wedding (video family job) on the weekend, they had a surprise belly dancer and again I found the music there was almost hypnotic..

If I see one more belly dancer this week then I will read this as a sign...not sure of what but I will have to do some research on it.

Where I live seeing a belly dancer is rare event.
