    Default Anybody knows binary format

Hi everyone.. i want to ask about mpeg-1 file format.. it's for my final project..

does anyone know about binary format of mpeg-1 files?
for example, a binary of a mpeg-1 file consists of many hex like this:

    ff 00 b3 00 ff 03 .......
ff ff ff ff ff ff ....
    c6 04 04 22 03 .......
    05 0e 00 56 00 04 .......
    02 03 65 05 06.......
    ......................

my question is: how could we know the beginning of mpeg header, end of header, each of header of frames, and the end of frame, ..etc from that binary?

    please help me...

    thank you..

i want to encrypt the mpeg video, but that video must be still able to be run. like applying Video Encryption Algorithm (VEA).
that's why i need that information so i wont encrypt certain information of that video like header, etc..

    thank you..
