Default Help with interlacing/deinterlacing footage shot at full HD 60i

    Hello everyone

I recently tried my hand at some filming, with a rented Sony HVR Z1E.

I am shooting in 60i, and using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 for capturing, editing and production.

Here's the thing: I want my resulting video to be progressive/deinterlaced and in 1080p.

Which is the best setting for me to capture videos? And how do I make sure that my frames, when deinterlaced, look normal and not overlapping multiple exposures.

Have a look at this video to know what I am on about:

    Thanks a lot!

just capture normally and then deinterlace it in the export options.
