Default I have a bunch of Stock Mpeg Clips i need to edit in Adobe After Effects...

how can i either import them without errors from AE, or Convert them to something that wont reduce the quality for editing, ive heard DV-AVI is the best but how can i convert about 20 clips easily for it?

thanks, i dont plan on doing any keying, but i do plan on doing motion tracking for the footage so it would be best to keep the quality as good as possible...
