    Default Blinded by the light

Is there a way of overlaying an image to my videos using Premiere Pro?

Iíll explain, I have a short clip that I want to be played as if the scene is being viewed through the eyes of someone with a specific sight problem. Ideally I would use an opaque image created in Photoshop and overlay this onto the video, but I dont how this can be done.

I have tried using a Title clip and extending it for the duration of the scene, but the graphic options are insufficient to get an accurate representation.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Turns out you can import a .psd file and just use that.

    Hats off to Eddie, thanks

    Problem solved!
