Default Advice is needed for MPEG2 editing

    Hi
I am looking for a program that can.

    1. Work with MPEG2 files (12MBit)
    2. Add a subtitle track (no matter what format)
    3. Do a simple editing of cutting.
    4. Export the edited MPEG2 file with the subtitles embedded.

    All preferred in one program.

    Thanks

just about any video editor will do this.

NOTE - 'helpfull' posts endorsing a product from a first time poster will probably have all links and endorsements deleted.

    Well..
Not many editors can handle MPEG2 12Mbit files without the need to encode them first.

A subtitle track is somthing not included in many editors too, but in some DVD programs.

I am looking an editor that can do both subtitling and MPEG2 native editing
