Question Can you mix green and blue chroma key together?

ok i need someones help pronto. im doing a video and i have a green screeen down my basement and i have all the proper lighting and what not, but i know the two editing colors is green and blue. i wore a blue jacket while filming infront of my green screen.....but when i went to edit, it was very confusing and i didn't know if there was a certain way that you can do it or if it was even possible. for those of you who dont understand.....
    for example:
i have a green screen behind me and im wearing a blue jacket.
i wanna make the background black and the jacket white.

please...anyone that can help me would be soo great!
and i use adobe premiere pro .

Normally you would use the Green Screen to make the screen transparent to put another background behind the actor. You are looking to change colors more than make the area transparent it seems.

There are color replacer effects that can be used depending on how even the colors are.
You will need to learn how to use the effect properties, how well do you know Premiere?

I cant imagine why you didnt just wear a white jacket.

Stuff is better done in camera if poss - and clearly it is....

I know there is a color replacer in After Effects, thought there was one in Premiere Pro also. If there is then that might be all you need.

In vegas you would use the secondary colour corrector. Dunno if that is a name used by other ptrogs - look for the colour correction tools.
