    Default DOnt believe the 24p hype...

    Still touted as a must have on cameras by fools in shops and film students who have never made a film.
    Often also used to sell TVs and stuff like it is a must have - it isnt and never was - another sticker con.

    Yea - but tbh we all - well I do - obsess over such minutia too much - but roll on 50p !

    I like to rant in oppositio to some of the ' truths ' about film making and that one about progressive being better - rather than just different annoys me.

    I would have a cam that shoots both p and i ideally as both have thier advantages but the slavish notion that p is best irritates me and to say p looks like film shows a drastic lack of savvy - we can blmae daft undergrad film students for that - and thier lectiurers many of whom may still think 16mm with sound is bleeding edge.
