Default Creating a "mini" Blu-Ray DVD via Premiere/Encore

I'm using CS4 on an i7 PC. Results so far are great from my new AVCHD camera, however at present I don't have a blu-ray recorder, only a DVD recorder.

I therefore would like to create a "mini" Blu-Ray disk using my DVD recorder. I understand some of the low-cost editing software can do this but I dont think CS4 can. You get about 25 mins with the sony s/w that came with my camera. Its looks superb on a PS3 - although of course this is unedited at present

Is there a way round this problem - either directly or maybe exporting it into a new hi-def file and then importing it into Sony Vegas or Pinnacle Studio?

    Cheers

    Jez
