    Default Is it possible to take still from an video on PPro CS3?

    ..any tips would be appreciated.

    Hmmm - maybe that is wrong - dunno what 'on location' is...

    File/Export/Frame

    It will export the frame at the point of the CTI

    Can I do this within a project? I take it the particular section of video needs to be selected?

    Just move the playback head to the frame in the video (on the timeline) that you want to grab the still from and do what Chuck said above.
