Default Low Budget software for simple PiP-Videos?

    Hello

I hope i post this in the right section...

I want to edit my Music-videos. I“m playing many instruments and i record them one by one and then i put them together to a song. So audio is no problem.

But when it comes to the video... I just have Windows Movie Maker, and apparently it doesn“t have any PiP function.
So I“m wondering if there is any software which i can use for this simple editing but doesn“t cost very much. I would say <70$

To get an idea what I want to do:

    Thanks in advance

Adobe Premiere Elements will do what you want for around $90 US.

Just so you know what you are looking for within the excellent suggestions above, the feature you are talking about is sometimes referred to as you have said, PIP or picture in picture but is also referred to widely as overlay tracks.

Here's how to trick Windows Movie Maker into doing PIP: Picture In Picture (freeware)

And here's an app that's specifically designed for doing this kind of work: RaceRender Video Processor

Adobe premier elements got me through my Univeristy Days (ie last year) and I still like to use it now as its easy peasy lemon squeezy.

For the price your looking at its a winner
