Exclamation Image/Video length shortening - Please help!

Hi, I am using Sony Vegas 8.0 Platinum to do my GCSE coursework
I generally have the nack to using the software but there is one part I am stuck with.

The type of video editing I am doing is 'Stop-motion animation'.
What I do is take lots of photos on my camera, add them to the 'Video' timeline, (on SV 8.0), and then individually change the length of each image so that they run for a fraction of a second one after another.

But what I want to know is can you change the length of EVERY photo, or a selection of photos, at once; without having to do them individually.

Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated!

    Default

The easiest way to do this as they say is, "I would not start from here"

In properties you can set the length (well in v8pro) of a still image that are dropped onto the timeline, you can also define if there will be a cross fade.

Group the stills you want and drop onto the TL, job done.

You can copy and paste attributes to other clips, eg filters, pan....
