    Default Your video cool wall.

I dont have a huge number of DVDs as the film bug only bit hard when i got my home cinema - my collection is now growing exponentially.

I was musing on my fav films and thought a video 'cool wall' light be fun - like on Top Gear.

I havent made the wall yet ( think metal from sde of a fridge on wall - magnetss on dvd cases) but i dspent a nery hour selectin my top tem from my 150 films.

Here they are - whats yours from your collection ? You must own the dvd to put it on the list. Stress on OWN as in purchaesed - any mook can pirate some daft top ten of film and regurgitate it.

A further qualification is that you must be happy to watch any on your list at anytime - twice thorugh in a row.

( not in any order )

    The Tenant.
    Die Hard 1 ( NOT 2 3 or 4 )
    No country for old men.
    Galaxy Quest.
    The sea inside.
    The lavender hill mob
    Capturing the friedmanns.
    Remains of the day.
Sexy beast ( new entry )
    The lives of others.

An eclectic mixture of arty vollox and trash I think - lols.

Re Basket case. We all have our films of shame - little dirty dark secrets that aint cool.

I am podering doing a film night where people have to one of the films they love but rarely find others who will even considor watching - then we all have to watch and mock the dark secrets. lols.

My shame list includes Titanic ( cringe ), Equilibrium ( formualic pants ), Babe ( i love talking animal films), and the worst one - dont judge me -oh god - I can hradly say - ' the devil wears parada' - a crap chick flick but i love the character Meryl Streep plays - actaully i want to marry her character.

Should start a separate thread on 'Your video shame wall.' I love bad films. I think there is an art to truly awful films that should be appreciated.
