    Default Seppy video, problem

When I export my videos most Pal DV from Sony Vegas and watch the render file it is o.k. After that I use Mainconcept MPEG-Encoder 1.4.2 encoder to compress the dvd avi to Mpeg2 ( DVD template ). The file plays well on the computer. When I make final DVD menu and master DVD project using say Sony DVD Architect or DVD Author, the produced DVD media plays somehow steppy in my home DVD player. It happens most on some global motion video scenes. It should be a hardware problem but all DVD I buy from the market play well on the same machine.
I use Pal DV template " Lower field first" in all apps I use till the final DVD media.
Is this some kind of interlace issue etc... All source files I use are Pal DV as well.
