    Default help exporting movie in bad quality

    hi guys i am using adobe premier CS4 and media encoder V4 1st time

    my problem is that when i am exporting movie to the file it resolution got changed..orginal resolution is of 640X480 but resulting is of 320X240


    i dont know much about the codec and format ....i want it to be on avi format and thats too widout any loss of resolution...

    so plz tell me the setting step wise which i have to choose in adobe media encoder for exporting a file
