Default recommendation for used minidv camcorder

Hi, I am looking to grab a used bargain (200-300) miniDV camcorder, with the following:

    3ccd
    external mic input
analog video inputs to record from vhs, circuit bent stuff and cable, via scart to svhs or rca.

I've read some posts and definitely want to go for tape and not HDV.

There was a Sony DCR-TRV950e on ebay that seemed good with all of the above, 3 1mp chips for 430, though a bit too expensive, and seems quite old.

Any recommendations for something perhaps around 3 years old that has all of the above?

    HDV is a tape format.

AVCHD is the one to avoid.

As for cameras with av in http://www.videoforums.co.uk/camcord...-v-inputs.html

The prices on e bay for used cameras is often MAD.

The trv is a great camera and one I would buy in a flash if i had the money for a new small camera, but persoanlly 300 absoloute tops is what I would pay for a mint one.
